Humor is not something I believe to be my strong suit—humor is something I know to be my strong suit. I am undoubtedly talented, and I have grown the skills to communicate my precise but playful sense of self with art. Through vibrant colors and polished designs, I infuse a spirit that harkens back to the roots of my art journey. Art for me has always been a vehicle for my sense of humor and rampant imagination, during a time when I was too shy and unsure of myself to put my thoughts into words. Making fun, colorful pieces keeps the unbridled creativity of my youth alive. I also believe that laughter is the strongest emotion out there. Whether it be tears of joy, a small chuckle, or a hearty belly laugh, humor is a powerful force for moving audiences. This force, I believe, is something I have grown to wield.
